Hey! This is our latest Now you won't read hackneyed phrases like "We are still alive" or "Our mod still exists", we have never quit. The period of absence was due to final exams at school some of our hardcore developers had to take. But some weeks ago we could continue our work and now we can proudly present our results. First of all we will do the start-up with the Hanyang Type 88 rifle. It was widley used by Chinese forces during the Second Sino-Japanese War. This bolt-action rifle was a copy of the German WWI Gewehr 88 of inferior quality and the production was stopped when the Hanyang arsenal was shut down in 1947. However, this rifle represents the big varity of bolt-action rifles used during the Korean War. 
Our second model is another bolt-action rifle that was used by the Chinese forces: the Japanese Arisaka Type 99. During World War Two the Chinese captured huge quantities of these rifles and used them to extend their insufficient arsenals. 
The next model depicts the Czech Zb vz.26. This light machine gun was produced before World War Two and has been exported to China. It is the ancestor of the famous British Bren LMG. 
The DP-28. Since the DP was a very important weapon for the Communist forces, we completly re-did the model and skin of this soviet-produced light machine gun in replacement for the old model. 
Last but not least: The jewel of this news update. The M72 motorbike with sidecar. These soviet-built motorbikes were copies of the German BMW R-71. After World War Two they saw combat in the Korean War. They have been used by North-Korean motorized units and were armed with the DP-28. It was exported and coded by c_A_p_o_N_e 
Now we will concentrate on other essential tasks like modelling statics so that we can create Korean War-themed maps. Regards, your BFK-Team |

Happy holiday greetings!
Right after Christmas we are back to showcase a small news update. This time there are three new weapons for you. Two of them are completely redone weapons to replace older versions which were done at the beginning of this mod. But first of all we want to thank everyone of you for your strong support at the MotY-voting. We made it among the Top100 mods out there, thank you very much. At the beginning we show you the new PPS-43 submachine-gun. It was the russian-made counterpart to the German MP-40 during World War II and was cheaper to produce than the PPSH-41. Additionally it's more accurate due to the lower rate of fire. During the Korean War it was widly issued to China and North-Korea.   
Since our models became more and more detailed and qualitative, we've decided to remodel three very old weapons we did along time ago to have our whole weapon collection on an equal level of quality. The first two weapons we're going to show are the M1 and M2 Carbine.   
Last but not least we have redone one of the most important weapons, the M1 Garand. The work has been worth it!

Guten Tag, everyone! The mod is developing constantly behind the scenes and it's time again to show some of our recent progress! First of all, we're proud to show you our first tank ingame: The M26 Pershing. Although it's still WIP, it's a great step forward. We thank [BGF]Koricus for his help at getting the beast ingame! We hope you enjoy the screenshots:   
We also finished the first US playermodel and equipment to show different kit configurations:  
We have already run attempts to get the playermodels ingame. There's also some more German firepower for the Chinese fraction: The Mauser M712 "Schnellfeuer" is a German interwar period machine pistol that's built up on the Mauser C96. Both weapons were bought and also built by the Chinese army, and still used for decades.  
Last but not least: We have a nice overview about every weapon we have already ingame, and still more to come!

Hi! Even though it has been a while since our last update, the team has continued working very hard and we have a lot to show. First of all we want to present our new Mig-15-cockpit. It was modeled by SeRig and skinned by Zefan.  Next we want to showcase a small amount of new weapons: the American "M3 Trench Knife", a Chinese stick grenade and the British Sten submachine gun, which were used by the Chinese PVA during the Korean War       
Another achievement we want to present is the Russian machine gun M1910, which were fielded in big numbers by North Korea and China:     
The American opposition has also been provided with additional firepower - the .50 Cal M2HB:    
Finally we want to show two completely different pieces of our work - our altered HUD and improved effects for the shell-ejection of handheld weapons (all in all 7 different types of ammunition with unique shells)   Regards, your BFK-Team |
